  • SKIN CONTACT: Frequent or prolonged skin contact may irritate skin.
  • EYE CONTACT: Slightly irritating but does not injure eye tissue.
  • INHALATION: Vapours may be irritating to respiratory system and nasal passages.
  • INGESTION: Low toxicity. No hazard with normal use.
  • CHRONIC: None known.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA
This product is non flammable. Use fire-extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding materials.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Wear protective clothing as described in Section 8 of this safety data sheet.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
Do not allow to enter drains, sewers or watercourses. Contain spillages with sand, earth or any suitable absorbent material. Transfer liquid to containers, if possible, for recovery or disposal.

 

SPILL CLEAN UP METHODS
Flush away spillage with plenty of water. Spill emulsion very slippery. Avoid falls.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Do not use in confined spaces without adequate ventilation and/or respirator.

 

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Keep containers tightly closed. Keep in original container. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Store above freezing. Minimise contact with air to prevent bacterial growth.
